You want to order but have a few questions left? No problem - here you will find the most frequently asked questions about our online shop. If you have any further questions, please contact us - we will be happy to help you! 


  1. We have a selected, small traders network, especially in the German-speaking Alpine region. If you would like to shop locally, we can look for or recommend retailers in your immediate vicinity. In the best case, you let us know your desired product, as not all retailers carry all products.
  2. If you come from our immediate area, you are welcome to drop by our shop in Hohenems every Wednesday and every first Friday of the month. There you can find the complete range as well as one or two bargains from the previous season. If you come from the Vorarlberger Oberland or are currently on vacation in the Montafon, then stop by the Wilhelmer Outlet in Bartholomäberg. There is also a huge selection and competent advice there.
  3. Another option is to order online on our website or by phone or email. You always have the option of free exchange or return.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. 

Our shop in Hohenems is always open on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Additionally every first Friday of the month from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Shipping and delivery

We offer goods throughout the EU, with delivery addresses in Austria or Germany.

If your delivery address is in a different country, please feel free to contact us so that we can find a solution together. Because maybe a sports retailer near you has your desired product in stock.

The shipping costs are currently € 4 for Austria and € 6 for Germany. 

On each product page you can give feedback on the respective product. We would be delighted if you take the time and give us feedback on your product. On the one hand we can learn from it and on the other hand we are happy if you like our product.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will start packing and shipping the same or next working day. Parcels will be dispatched until around 2 p.m. Parcels that are shipped in Austria usually arrive on the next working day. In Germany, delivery takes place within 2-3 working days.

Unfortunately, we do not provide follow-up, but we can send you a link if necessary.

Order process

Yes of course! In this way we can give you better advice when questions arise or recommend products that suit your needs. 

  1. The desired product is selected and, if necessary, size and color are determined. 
  2. The number can then be selected. 
  3. The selected product is placed in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. 
  4. Several products can be added to the shopping cart as required.
  5. After adding, a confirmation appears at the top of the page through which you can get into the shopping cart. Alternatively, there is a shopping cart icon in the header. By clicking on this, a sidebar opens showing the contents of the shopping cart. The “Show shopping cart” button also takes you to the shopping cart. With the button "cash desk" you get directly to point 10.
  6. If necessary, a voucher code can be entered in the shopping cart and this can be confirmed using the "Apply voucher" button. The voucher is then applied and displayed immediately. 
  7. In the event of errors, the number of products can also be corrected in the shopping cart. Or they can be completely deleted from the shopping cart.
  8. Furthermore, the shipping costs can be calculated. 
  9. If the order is as desired, you can use the button "Proceed to checkout" to access the address details.
  10. All information in the form that is marked with a red * must be completed. In this step, a customer account can also be created so that the data does not have to be re-entered for another order.
  11. Depending on requirements, a delivery address can also be specified in addition to the billing address. Otherwise the billing address is the delivery address.
  12. The payment method must be selected.
  13. The terms and conditions must be read and accepted.
  14. Payment must be made. Your order is then completed and will be processed and sent after receipt of payment.

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

In our small, family-run company, we pack all parcels by hand. As long as the package has not yet been sent, you can call us or send us an email if you want to change something about the order. It does not matter whether it is the delivery address or a product. 

If you have any general questions about a product, you are always welcome to contact us. So we can give you information about our products, so that you can finally order the right and suitable product.


Direct bank transfer:
If you choose this payment method, you have to transfer the invoice amount manually after sending the order. After receipt of payment on our account, we will take care of your order. 

If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after submitting the order. There you have to log in with your account and choose from where the invoice amount should be debited. After you have confirmed, you will be directed back to our website and we will take care of your order.


Yes, we cover the costs. Nevertheless, we are happy if you do not order a pair of pants in five sizes so that one may fit and the rest will be sent back. We would be happy if you contact us and we can advise you. In this way, unnecessary deliveries can be avoided and nature can be spared. It also helps you find the perfect product that is right for you.

Just contact us and you will receive information from us on how to do this the fastest and most effectively. Returns are generally free of charge, but we can also advise you about a possible exchange. The size may not suit you or the color may not be what you want.

As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will refund the amount within one week.
